KYAW ZEYA WIN’S HAT-TRICK BOOSTS MYANMAR’S CHANCE TO QUALIFY FOR AFC U-22 CHAMPION SHIP

Myanmar U-22 skipper Kyaw Zeya Win netted thrice to help the hosts trounce China (Taipei) 6-2 in AFC U-22 Champion qualifier Saturday.

Myanmar occupied the top spot of the group league after four matches with unbeatable streaks.

Myanmar’s key striker Kyaw Ko Ko missed the match following the injury. Naing Lin Oo, Yan Aung Win and Kaung Sithu scored each goal.

China (Taipei) scored consolations in 72 and 87 minutes. Midfielder Kyaw Zeya Win has scored four goals in the game. Myanmar will face Malaysia in the final match of the group league.
